Flexrent

Problem: With remote work on the rise, it's getting harder for digital nomads to find accommodations. If they can find accommodations, they are often out of their price range or not ideal. Flexrent aims to change that. Currently, landlords on other competitor platforms either have very long leases where they are locked in at unfavorable rates or have way too many short-term stays with many vacant days. Flexrent aims to have more consistent long-term stays at a rate that works for both landlords and renters. Who we're building the product for: - Vacationers and digital nomads - Landlords Goal: - Help people find flexible renting accommodations that work for them - Provide a platform for landlords to showcase a wide variety of rentals across the world that can accommodate short-term and long-term stays.
