I didn't brainstorm much for my logo design. I knew I wanted to create a woman's body silhouette, but I wasn't sure which angle to use. I started drawing simple line drawings of the body until I found the right silhouette. Once I settled on the silhouette, I decided to make it more relatable and natural by using a freehand pen sketch. A woman's body is adorned with curves and flaws, and I wanted to capture that in my design. When exploring colors for the logo, I avoided using feminine colors like pink and generic nature colors like green. Instead, I created a unique and solid color palette that complemented the short brief I received and blended well with the already designed logo.
Solution The resulting identity came out beautifully and she (my client) was absolutely in love. She said “I want nothing more”. I’ve been able to satisfy my client and I believe my solution would help attract and increase revenue over the next few months.
